1-hour nutrition class to learn concentrated information about a specific nutrition topic. Each class includes an introduction, individual topic presented, Q & A section, positive goal setting to initiate change, and meal suggestions for the week. It is a great way to spend a short amount of time to learn a whole lot for your health and well-being. You will receive relevant information you can individualize and directly apply to your life.
